Refund policy

All Outlet sales are final. Fibreworks does not accept returns or offer exchanges or refunds on any Outlet rugs.

 

Online Image Quality: Product images on our Outlet are presented as accurately as possible. Given the many types of displays and the wide variety of settings, Fibreworks will not be held responsible for any discrepancies between the color and/or pattern of the Outlet rug and what you see on your display.

 

Defective Items: Each Fibreworks Outlet rug is made from the finest first quality material and finished by our skilled craftsmen. We highly advise our customers to inspect all received Outlet rugs. Visit www.fibreworks.com/pages/resources#natural-fiber-characteristics for common characteristics which should not be considered defects.

 

Damaged Items: We ask that you refuse delivery of any Outlet rug with obvious damage in the presence of the delivery person and document the damage on the delivery receipt. Fibreworks will not accept responsibility for damage on any Outlet rug for which the shipping documentation has been signed free and clear or without notation of damage. If you find that your delivered Outlet rug has been damaged, we offer our sincere apologies for your inconvenience and are willing to work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.  Contact outlet@fibreworks.com immediately to notify us of the situation. 

 

If you refuse to accept an Outlet rug that appears in good standing, you may be charged the shipping fee as well as a restocking fee for the undamaged rug. Restocking fee is 50% of the total rug cost.
